We are a cash-based practice, so we don’t bill insurance directly. However, we are happy to provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Insurance holds visit and treatment limitations that hinders the care we can provide you. We want our treatments to be personalized for each person. We accept credit cards, cash, HSA, and FSA cards.

Our address is 223 Ibis St, Webster, TX 77598. We are located inside the Airway Alliance ENT building. Upon arrival, you will go straight to the front desk and on your left there is a white door bell that is labeled “Dr. To Chiropractor”. You will press that, have a seat, and I will be with you shortly.
